WDCO is working hand and hand with the 'wizard' as it relates to selling shares and controlling the market. This is necessary to keep the company funded and the legal bills paid. All will be o.k. soon enough. GW had the company issue him enough shares (35 million in all) to keep this thing going. So keep your hopes high. I have a friend out in the San Fran area who works for IDS and tracks the WDCO selling on level III (along w/ the other brokers) and he assures me that the selling GW is doing is necessary for the future of our company prosper. Q: 4- Why are they using/offering the PA Shareholders' original 17 million shares (which they cancelled) as a bargaining tool with G. Parks is not representing the majority of the PA shareholders (those of us who reside here in RI). He is acting solely on his own and does not have our best interest at heart. He has not contacted one shareholder of record of the old MSGL Corp. as he attempts to gain personally from this litigation. In our opinion, this Parks’ own personal vendetta. No problem there and we say "go all the way Nano". However, they are negotiating w/ Parks, who brought this suit against MSGL NV himself (remember, Parks is NOT representing the PA shareholders, he has not even notified one party) and could quite possibly in error, turn over to Parks the entire lot of shares. Parks in acting on his own behalf! McConaghy is/was on our side going through the registration process of the 17mm shares when he was terminated. Also, know this, McConaghy is the one who brought the original suit against Parks in NV while he was Pres/CEO of MSGL. It was Parks who refused to turn over to McConaghy all the pertinent information. -- By: msgl_pa_shareholders 20 Nov 2003, 03:19 PM EST Msg. 12980 of 15318 (This msg. is a reply to 12959 by carrera_87.) Carrera, I agree. But understand part of Wayne's responsibility is to see that the original transaction that made this whole deal possible in the first place, is made complete. Parks is only responding to the case that was filed against him in NV by McCon. He is doing it out of spite. When McCon. was terminated Parks made a trip out to Vegas to try and make a deal w/ GW and team. I guess he figured w/ McCon. gone he would have a chance to get back in. When GW and team told Parks to go home empty handed, he didn’t take to it kindly, obviously. The end result, was a retaliatory action brought on by Parks in the now infamous case out in PA. We're hopeful that Norris will see the light and follow through with our original deal. Don't forget, the interim mgmnt team back in September cancelled our shares. Who knows why? So Superior Court Judge Alexander Lehrer did by one penny. Now the appellate panel has taken the case away from Lehrer, and directed a different judge to further reduce the award to Joseph Tomaino of Neptune. He sued the Male Sexual Dysfunction Institute in Chicago and a doctor after he had to undergo surgery to end a three-day erection he suffered following their treatments in 1992. The appeals court had ordered Lehrer, who presided over the trial, to cut the $3 million, saying the size of the award "shocked the court's conscience" because Tomaino, though unable to perform sexually, could still work and enjoy sports and social activities. Gramps, No offense, but one needs to know the hospital/healthcare arena buying cycle. Very rarely will you find the major healthsystems, medical centers and majority of hospitals running on the calendar year for their fiscal years i.e. budgets. June, July and October are popular months that these institutions will use for their fiscal year. Also remember one additional thing. Capital purchases need to be approved in advance, by committee (in most cases). When the capital purchase is approved, in a majority of the time, it is not until the next fiscal budget is approved or released. This is not to say we can't get confirmed orders now and they won't be shipped for 6 - 8 months. When I inquired about a co-op w/ EMed they could neither confirm nor deny. They suggested I contact EMed, that MSGL may have tried working something out directly w/ them. In my attempt in speaking with Emed contact regarding RSNA and any type of MSGL co-op or marketing arrangement to share a booth, they would not confirm any details and would not even budge to say they were working w/ anyone. They did say "if the company I was looking for was attending the RSNA then I am sure they would be found on the RSNA website".
