28 Oct 2003, 03:11 PM EST Msg. 6175 (This msg. is a reply to 6147 by sinkinship.) up ***Newbies! Read this*** Welcome to the message board of MSGL. Before investing, do your own DD. Visit the company website and check out all the SEC filings. If you think you're going to get any valid information on this board, good luck. Here's the deal. This company has it all: product, application, FDA, patent, BOD that is second to non, distribution, funding. All that is left is......time. Check the messages on this board for the past 5-6 weeks. Read and feel the enthusiasm as this stock went from .04 to .26! At that point we had virtually a basherless board. Then the confusion crept in like a cancer and now the bashers apparently have taken over the board with their lies. Here's my take on the bashers and what's going on. There was at one point a merger between two companys (it's in the filings) that merger became hostile and a coupe was attempted on the MSGL power structure that resulted in a court order and the deal was off. That left a bunch of people mad at MSGL and believing they own it all: the stock that was cancelled, the patent, etc. Now that the stock of MSGL is on the move, and now that the company is going fast forward with their objectives, these dissolutioned folks want their piece of the pie. As realstory10 put it: "we want our share of the pie now that the share price has gone up". Well, they also see two people as their nemisis: a "GW" and King (I call him Don King, after the famous boxing promoter). The lies that go on between these two feuding factions has polluted the board. They will fill this board with confusion and lies. That's my take on it folks. We now have a useless board. Nothing can be believed that is posted here so I would take it all with a grain of salt. It especially is annoying to those who had so much fun posting here before the Exxcon..I mean Exxcode guys got here. and the disclaimer goes: all in my opinion |

01 Nov 2003, 05:50 AM EST Msg. 7647 (This msg. is a reply to 7646 by redpravda.) Skipper is asking for something that can't be given. He wants to know information that has not been made public. Worst of all, he wants me to give it on a public chat board. If you want something concrete then wait for the filings and stop complaining about the suppositions being proposed here. What are your motives? The first rule of investing, once sold don't look back. If you are that nervous about jumping back in, then I must question your nerve and you motivation for hanging out on this board. Why would I give someone like you information. You jump in out like a flea. The best I could call you is a fair weather long and worst a subtle basher. I will simply just call you flea, because you are not brave enough to stay when the heat is on. Now that you are safely out of harms way you with NO position and have the audacity to complain about the free information(words of encouragement)that I gave. Please put me on ignore! I don't like talking to fleas. They are annoying. I have made phone calls to the CEO, IR, Legal and to some major investors and have checked out the offices in Vegas all on my own dime. Then some fool on a stock message board complains about free information I have given without ever busting a dime. Well, when one is too lazy to bust a dime to make a few calls, then that person must not be too proactive. They want me spill my guts out on supposition as if it is fact. I could lie and tell everyone what I have heard is the gospel truth, but I won't. I don't think it is right or prudent. If you want the same info as I, then get off your lazy azz and call. Buy a ticket to Vegas or Pittsburgh. Do something other than complain about not getting information like the bashers. By the way, I am a she not a he. You fools couldn't get that right. I have written my name in previous post....GO FIND IT!!!! |

The Company's product uses a unique algorithm, exchange analytic computation technique (EXACT), which decouples the size of the raw data from the image matrix size and overcomes a lot of the inherent limitations of the Fourier transformations. The technology allows tremendous flexibility once the MRI data has been acquired; it is possible using SLICES to obtain sharply magnified images, up to ten times the original magnification, without creating pixel artifacts inherent to the optical zoom provided by all manufacturers. -- By: mriadvslices 30 Oct 2003, 01:15 PM EST Msg. 7073 of 7091 just got off the tel. with msgl institutional investor DIVERSIFIED FINANCIAL SERVICES,AKA EQUITIES FIRST HOLDINGS. Jump to msg. # -- 5 Great MSGL Posts -- By:ineedcash5 16 Oct 2003, 10:28 PM EDT Msg. 2352 of 5183 Jump to msg. # This is going to be big. Who pays for MRI scans? Our Insurance Co. I had a MRI on my lower back last year and the cost was $1800.00. It took about 4 days to get it because it took 2 diff. Radiologist to read it. I got a copy of it and when I showed it to my Ortho Dr.he had a hard time reading it and now wants a new one at differant angle. The way it works is now we need to go back to the Ins. Co. and get approval for them to pay for the new scan. From what I been told this is not uncommon and I think that when Ins. Co. finds out about this new tech. they will probably put a demand on Hospitals to upgrade, to many lost dollars not to. I'm still waiting to get my second scan but now I will wait and have it done with slices even if I have to go to Cali. Back surgery is one of the biggest decisions a person has to make in life so owning this stock is a 2 bagger for me Health and Money. I got in at .145 and buying more tomm. even at .20 because I believe this will help millions of people and it will never end unless we run out of people. If you can buy now don't worry if it drops a penney or 2 this is heading for the dollars it's that good --- By: stock_drifter 23 Oct 2003, 12:33 AM EDT Msg. 3880 of 5183 Jump to msg. # Suppy & Demand!! clip> In addition to superior image quality, and because of the method of processing, SLICES(TM) is able to significantly reduce patient scan time and the need for patient call backs and rescanning. These factors also can contribute to a reduction in film consumption of up to 40%. At the end of 2002, there were approximately 10,500 MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) systems installed worldwide. While changes in medical reimbursement have slowed the sale of new MRI machines, there has been an ever increasing demand for improved image quality and reduced patient scan time; thus there has been a tremendous need for products that can improve patient throughput and image quality. OTCBB: MSGL has solved this problem with its low cost software that upgrades existing installed MRI systems to the quality of a new machine at a savings of approximately $1.4 million per machine. The total estimated market for this system is in excess of $1.3B. NASDAQ OTCBB: MSGL is expected to capture approximately 40% of this market within 3 years, resulting in revenues of approximately $500 million, with a Net Margin of approximately 35%, or over $100 million in earnings. Other medical technology / software & system developers such as Baxter Medical NYSE: BAX p/e of 20X; NASDAQ: NMMD, p/e of 31.4, NASDAQ: NMDC, p/e of 20X; an average of 24X current EPS, and 20X 1 yr forward expected earnings. In comparison to these valuations, NASDAQ OTCBB: MSGL, with its proven market for its product, sales on the books for the current quarter and a successful product launch already would be more fairly valued at 25X to 30X forward earnings or $2.00 $3.00 per share -- By: fda4imds 24 Oct 2003, 01:36 PM EDT (friday) Msg. 4713 of 5186 Jump to msg. # Going to Canonsburg Monday PR department needs Slices to see if there's life in that carcass. I think it'll show up air. We are lucky to be in on the ground floor of a terrific company. You know the story: patented, FDA approved product with financing, distribution, and sales. BOD is the best in the business: director of imaging business, Nobel peace prize nominee, seasoned, knowledgable management, legal, etc. This stock has a disease: naked shorting. Proposed remedies: calling for certificates, placing high sell orders. What does that matter when the MM's are selling counterfeit shares? The fact that we tie up REAL shares won't stop them from trading make-believe shares. I propose more volume. More volume from media exposure. Get the word out and investors will come. Crash n burn? Only scams crash n burn. This company is solid. I am going to suggest an individual for PR/IR. Not someone with a portfolio of companies and possible relationships with the same slobs that are counterfeiting our shares, but someone who will dedicate themself to promoting MSGL ONLY!! On staff, on the payroll! Get the word out!! Is it possible?? There are hundreds of companies out there on the OTCBB that have done so much more with their pps with SO MUCH LESS!! my opinion. GO MSGL! Kick the bums out! -- By: i_love_liw_floats 21 Oct 2003, 04:54 PM EDT Msg. 3514 of 5185 Jump to msg. # Dear readers, newbies and Posters... While the Stock Market is a wonderful place where dreams really do come true, it is also true that many a person's hopes and dreams have crashed to the ground or have been BASHED to bits. However, you are here, now, in another wonderful and equally exciting place: the Message Boards! These boards are great for sharing info, meeting people, learning from those who have investing experience, etc, but beware! Some people posting do not always, if ever, have YOUR interests in mind, though at times they try to appear to. We all are here to make money. Most of us like to make money by buying Low and selling Higher. Others, by shorting High and covering Lower. If shorting stock is a concept you're unfamiliar with, type it into google and read read read! If you have an online brokerage account, look for it in their Help section. These people want and need a stock's price to go DOWN. They will post all sorts of nonsense in the guise of advice, innocent questions, heartfelt concern or anything else that will get you to falter with your investment. Here is a site that will help you understand the kind of people I'm talking about: http://messageboardfools.com/bashers.htm By no means should you rely on what is posted on these boards as your only guide to successful investing. Do your homework and decide for yourself whether a company is producing a great product that people will buy, and whether the company has the managers to execute a sound, profitable business plan to market that product. Some things, not all, to look at when assessing a stocks are: Trading Volume, Outstanding Shares, Earnings, Cash Flow, Debt Ratio, Short Position, Percentage of Shares owned by Institutions, Percentage owned by the Board of Directors, Insider Buying and Selling, Contract Annoncements, Recent News, et al. Read read read before buying! Here are a couple of sites that may help with the above: http://www2.barchart.com http://www.stockhouse.ca Last week this was a very friendly board. Positive people expressing great things about this great company. Then Friday bashing started. Bashers always enter the scene during an upward swing, especially one as explosive as this has been. Great stocks explode on good news and positive developments. You'll never see a basher on the board of a terrible company going down in flames. As the price trends upward more bashers will enter the fray to get us to fold our hands. Put them on ignore, or as the price goes up, just don't visit the boards and take satisfaction in the price movement and the knowledge that you were right in owning this company. Do your own due diligence! Read through the posters on this board and you'll soon see who the Longs and Shorts are. Jump to msg. # WOW is all I can say YOURHIGHNESS, Nice work on finding this link http://www.imagingeconomics.com/library/200209-04.asp Multisite Work Flow By Brian Burgoyne MD, Paul D Bandt MD The installation of an on-demand, multisite PACS infrastructure enabled Desert Radiologists to ensure coverage of a rapidly growing network of health care sites. Desert Radiologists, Las Vegas, founded in 1966, currently comprises 27 radiologists, with three more scheduled to join the group in coming months. The practice is the largest in the Las Vegas area and provides service for three hospitals and one large integrated health delivery system, and it is planning to take on a fourth hospital in late 2002. Desert Radiologists has four outpatient facilities and expects to build a fifth center to serve the area's rapidly growing population. Ten radiologists staff the outpatient centers, reading approximately 230,000 studies per year. From 1998 to 2000, MRI examinations increased 42.3%; CT, 39.4%; and ultrasound, 42.7%. The outpatient equipment now in use at Desert Radiology indicates the breadth of those needs, in its case: one positron-emission tomography (PET) scanner, seven MRI units, five spiral CT scanners (some with multiple detectors), nine ultrasound units, an angiography suite, a stereotactic biopsy suite, six nuclear cameras, four dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry units, nine mammography units, six fluoroscopy units, four conventional radiography rooms, two tomography units, and a computed radiography (CR) unit. All of the cross-sectional imaging devices and the CR unit are connected by an eMed PACS. Paul D. Bandt, MD, is president of the practice. ---- In '96 it was dream - in 2003/2004 I think it will be a reality. computers and banwidth were pure crap in '96 compared to what's available today :-) We are in on the ground floor here - most definetly |
